The lineup features a diverse range of styles — from richly aromatic brews and beers with deep, layered bitterness to light, refreshing varieties with a smooth finish.Rooted in nature and local resources, the brewery produces distinctive beers that reflect the spirit of the land. These include beers crafted using thinned cedar wood and others created in collaboration with local sake breweries. A portion of the proceeds from beers made with thinned timber is donated to nonprofit organizations, reflecting an ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and community support. The brewery also features a gallery space, and visitors can observe the brewing process through glass panels, offering insight into the craftsmanship behind each bottle.
