After the experience, guests can savor their meal in a charming tatami room, enjoying the Heike Gozen, a set meal featuring generous portions of locally sourced ingredients.Experience: Traditional Soba-Making Workshop This workshop offers an authentic soba-making experience that begins with grinding buckwheat using a stone mill. The workshop takes place in a dedicated indoor space, and all necessary items such as indoor slippers, a head covering, and an apron are provided—no special preparation needed.Each session produces about four servings of noodles. Some of the noodles you make will be cooked and served on the spot as cold noodles (zaru soba), while the rest can be taken home.
